E hoje é sexta feira :)

Ontem foi dia de ir arrancar o dente. A extracção propriamente dita até que correu bem. 10 minutinhos, a contar com a anestesia, e andar a fazer forçaa e a abanar o dente para que ele saisse. Quando finalmente saiu, nem senti... Mas depois sim, sinto a enorme cratera que ficou [desta vez não tive direito a pontos], a cara inchada que parecia novamente com infecção, dor, dor e mais dor... E é isto!

Na segunda feira, aproveitei o embalo dos filmes, e vi mais um. Desta vez um filme brasileiro [e não nomeado para os Óscares] [Tenho gostado de ver séries brasileiras e filmes, que não novelas, que deixei de ver há mais de 6 anos (quer nacionais quer brasileiras)]. O filme é baseado numa peça de teatro "Acorda Brasil", e retrata a história de um violinista frustrado que passa a leccionar música numa escola pública de S. Paulo.

AIIIIII Daqui a nada vou arrancar o dente do siso... AIIIIII Assim era giro :)

Ontem foi dia de reunião na escola. O professor da Amorinha está a stressar por causa dos exames de 4.º ano do agrupamento.  E convocou uma reunião com os encarregados de educação para dizer: Ponham os vossos filhos a estudar! Really??? Entretanto a Amora, como sabia que eu ia a reunião, pediu para eu a ir buscar e ficar comigo em vez de ir para o ATL. E eu que aproveito sempre que posso para estar com a minha princesa, fiz-lhe a vontade. Fomos comer [ela, não eu] um cupcake de oreo... Gosto do espaço: Casa de chá Mil Folhas. Giro, simpático, e as senhoras que lá estão são super queridas.

Mais um do fim de semana. Mais um dos Óscares. É um filme biográfico, realizado por Mel Gibson, nomeado para o Óscar de melhor realizador. Narra a trajetória real do soldado Desmond Doss [ Andrew Garfield ] durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial, que serviu durante a Batalha de Okinawa, e que se recusou a matar pessoas e tornou-se o primeiro homem da história americana a receber a Medalha de Honra sem disparar um único tiro, tendo salvo mais de 75 pessoas durante a batalha.

O work correu bem. Só notificações a sair e foi um dia de trabalho administrativo. Sou uma grande técnica administrativa com formação superior... Enfim!

Para já, e dos 4 filmes nomeados a Óscar que eu já vi até à data, foi o meu preferido. O filme conta a história verídica de uma equipa de matemáticas afro-americanas que teve um papel fundamental durante os primeiros anos do programa espacial da NASA. Achei mesmo muito bom. Com a fantástica Taraji P. Henson [a Cokie Lion do Empire], a Octavia Spencer [nomeada para Óscar de melhor actriz secundária], a Janelle Monáe , o Kevin Costner , a Kirsten Dunst [que passei o filme a pensar, eu conheço-te mas não tou bem a ver quem és...] e o excelente  Jim Parsons [Sheldon do The Big Bang Theory]. O filme está brilhante. Não só pela história sobre o trabalho extraordinário das três mulheres, mas por mostrar a segregação racial que existia naquela época, que incomoda do início ao fim do filme.

Os capítulos deste livro são bem maiores do que os do anterior. Começo a ter dificuldade em conseguir ler um capítulo por dia, conforme me propus... Sem desistir... a caminho do último livro que termina a quadrilogia!

Mais uma terça feira sem chuva, mais uma terça feira de caminhada... E os km [metros] continuam a aumentar!

Comecei a ver uma mini série [de 2009] chamada The Prisioner. A cotação no imdb não é das melhores [6,3] Mas... tem o Jim Caviezel de quem eu gosto muito desde a Paixão de Cristo e do Conde de Monte Cristo. Ah, e também entra a Ruth Wilson , a Allison do The Affair. A série é uma adaptação de uma série antiga [de 1963] sobre um agente do governo que é raptado e levado para uma ilha distante conhecida como The Village! [Fez-me lembrar o Wayward Pines. Só falta aparecer os ET's]

O 2.º filme do fim de semana, Fences , foi, curiosamente, o meu segundo filme nomeado para oscar. Baseado numa premiada peça de teatro com o mesmo nome, o filme conta a história de um homem (Denzel Washington), que sonhava ser um grande jogador de basebol, e que acaba frustrado como lixeiro. Mais uma vez Denzel no seu melhor. E a Viola também faz um papelão.

A segunda feira nem foi muita mázinha. Já passou! E ainda adormeci super cedo [quase com as galinhas]. Já passou!

Este fim de semana fiquei com a minha Amorinha novamente. Yeah! A pior parte é que vou ficar 2 fins de semana sem ela. Shit! [mas, faz parte] Sexta feira, ele levou-nos a jantar. O que eu queria. Pizza! Exagerei, mas pronto! A Amora, exagerou mais :) Sábado foi dia de catequese e missa. E de tarde de estudo para a filha, e filmes para nós os dois! Também foi dia da Amorinha aprender a tocar mais uma música. Desta vez: as pombinhas da catrina... Domingo foi dia de karaté matinal, e mais uma dose [pequena] de estudo e de filmes e mais filmes :) E foi-se o fim de semana

o primeiro filme do fim de semana foi a sequela do Jack Reacher com o Tom Cruise, desta vez acompanhado da Cobie Smulders [e já tinha saudades dela, desde que terminou o How i met your mother]
